Housing Reservations

Before you can reserve your hotel room in the NASP discounted room block, conference registration is required. When conference registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the link to reserve your hotel room. The deadline for securing reservations at the group rate is August 24, 2026, based on availability. 

Meeting Management Associates (MMA) is NASP's registration housing partner. The solicitation of hotel reservations from any other company is not approved by NASP. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, without rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to NASP at housing@mma-inc.com or 833.411.1500.

The single/double rate starts at $294 per night plus taxes and fees. A daily resort fee of $22 plus tax covers several amenities, including:

  • Wi-Fi connection on the resort network
  • Access to Fitness Center, daily sunrise yoga, and indoor pool
  • Coffee, tea and water in guestroom
  • Two 'Welcome' drinks at any resort bar
  • Access to the National Harbor Circular Bus (runs in 30-minute increments and visits the Gaylord National, MGM National Harbor, and Tanger Outlets National Harbor)
