Does Gaylord National offer an airport shuttle?
The resort does not offer an airport shuttle service to nearby airports. Guests may arrange for taxi or car ride app services. Once on-property, Private Car Services and Limousine/Van services are available.
How do I reserve my hotel room for inSPire2026?
Once your conference registration is complete, the confirmation page and email will include the link to reserve your hotel room. The deadline for securing reservations at the group rate is August 24, 2026 based on availability.
What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to reserve each attendee's hotel room. Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) before arrival will receive a full deposit refund.
What is the hotel’s late arrival policy?
The hotel's expectation is for guests to arrive by midnight (11:59pm) for the first night of their stay. If travel plans change or you encounter unexpected delays, contact the hotel immediately. Late arrivals not communicated to the hotel will result in a cancelled reservation, as well as a "No-Show" fee of one night's room and tax. Under certain circumstances, reinstatement requests may be considered but are at the sole discretion of the hotel.

When does NASP Member registration open?
NASP members are our VIPs! VIP registration opens on February 10, 2026. Join TODAY to receive members-only discounts, register as a VIP and reserve your room at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center!
When does Non-Member registration open?
Non-member registration opens on February 24, 2026.
Do NASP members receive discounts?
Yes, NASP members receive exclusive members only discounts on registration. Please contact meeting@naspnet.org for additional information.
Do you receive a discount if you register for a Conference Workshop or Essential Elements of Specialty Pharmacy Practice Course and the Main Conference?
Yes, you receive a registration discount. When registering select the "Main Conference + Workshop" or the “Main Conference + Essential Elements of Specialty Pharmacy Practice Course” for the discounted package pricing. Please contact meeting@naspnet.org for additional information.
Something in my registration is incorrect, how do I change it?
Your registration confirmation email contains a link and the login information necessary to modify your registration or you can email our events team at meeting@naspnet.org for assistance.
The email you used to register along with your confirmation number are needed to login and access your registration.
What if I don't receive my confirmation email for my registration?
Please check your spam folder first and if you cannot locate it, please email us at meeting@naspnet.org and we can provide you with your individual reservation details.

*Payment must be received within 30 days of registration submission. For registrations received after August 25, 2026, payment is due at the time of registration.
Is there a registration cut-off date?
No, there is not a registration cut-off date. Early Bird, Advanced, and On-Site registration is offered. Click here for more information.
What is the Conference Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy?
Refunds are limited to conference fees paid and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchases are non-refundable. Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to meeting@naspnet.org no later than 11:59 PM EST on August 17, 2026.
Cancellations received from August 18, 2026, until 11:59 PM EST on September 1, 2026 are eligible to receive a 50% refund to the original form of payment. No refunds will be given starting September 2, 2026.
Substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to meeting@naspnet.org. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information. In the event inSPire2026 is cancelled or postponed for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond NASP’s control, then NASP’s liability shall be limited to refund of paid registration.
