Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations and refunds are limited to conference fees paid and do not include travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees incurred. No-shows and onsite registrations are non-refundable.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be sent to nysatsaconference@mma-inc.com.
- To qualify for a refund, minus a $75 administration fee ($25 for student registrations), you must submit your cancellation in writing no later than 11:59 PM EST on April 20, 2026.
- Beginning April 21, 2026, no refunds will be permitted.
- Substitutions will be permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to nysatsaconference@mma-inc.com. Be sure to include the original attendee’s name, the substitute’s name, and the complete contact information.
If the NYS ATSA/NYS Alliance Annual Joint Conference must be canceled due to low attendance, strike, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts, or other circumstances outside the control of NYS ATSA/NYS Alliance, refund liability will be limited to the amount paid for registration fees.
