For an additional fee of $175.00, a guest can accompany a conference attendee to the meeting. A guest badge can be purchased at the time of registration. This badge only allows access to the Exhibit Hall and the Welcome Reception, not educational sessions or meal services. This badge does not allow attendees to claim CE's, or provide a certification of attendance to the meeting. Children, including infants, under the age of 16 are not allowed at conference related events, including sessions, the Exhibit Hall and meals, due to safety concerns, maintaining an appropriate learning environment and session recording.

Payments must be received by NHCPC Management within 30 days of registration submission. For registrations received after October 29, payment is due at the time of registering.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Cancellation Policy and Refunds are limited to conference fees paid and do not include travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees incurred. No-shows and onsite registrations are non-refundable.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be sent to nhcpc@mma-inc.com.
- To qualify for a full refund, minus a 20% administration fee, you must submit your cancellation in writing by September 30, 2026.
- Any cancellations submitted on October 1 - November 2, 2026, will qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations will not be accepted after November 3, 2026.
- Substitutions will be permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to nhcpc@mma-inc.com. Be sure to include the original attendee’s name, the substitute’s name, and the complete contact information.
In the event that NHCPC must cancel due to low registration, strike, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances outside the control of the MESH Coalition, refund liability will be limited to the amount paid for registration fees.
